Welcome to 'Your Fitness Diary' :)
I've been procrasinating for quite a while now about starting a blog and i've finally done it! So I thought of course I should introduce myself and what this blog is about!
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and have been passionate about health and fitness for the past 5 years (I'm only 19 btw!) I train 6 days a week both weights,cardio,classes,bootcamp - The LOT whatever i feel like doing that certain week or whatever my fitness plan for that week is!
This blog is about YOUR health, YOUR Fitness, YOUR nutrition, and everything YOU need to become the best YOU! I'll be posting nutrition guides, healthy recipes, little workout guides, new trends in fitness, and every little thing that is going to help you on this fitness journey! I do also work at a internationally owned gym so I have the tools and guidance also for any questions you might want to ask me! or advice.
I'll leave you with my motivational quote for today when i struggled to get up for my 10km run at 7am... (NOTE: I have an album on my iphone with motivational quotes that i use every day to help me get through my workout or when im feeling down and cant be stuffed to eat right or workout!)
